Traditionally the bread of the Persian army, sangak bread has been around for generations. There is a reason this wholesome flatbread is considered a staple of Persian cuisine. We take great pride in our sangak, which we make with the finest flour available on the market. Our traditional stone oven is imported from Iran, and all of our bakers are trained by our head baker, who has mastered the art of making the perfect sangak every time.
